SKI WORKSHOP MANAGER
(Full-time position)
As a specialist ski tuning and repair business we require an experienced workshop manager to oversee our winter workshop operations. Extensive experience is required. Although some aspects can be taught, applicants must have ski workshop management experience as well as a willingness to learn. This position is also ongoing with a minimum 2 winter season or 2 year commitment depending on summer employment. The ideal applicant would also run our summer bike workshop, summer retail or both.
As the Ski Workshop Manager, you must be able to interact well with customers, staff, owners and suppliers. In-season, the majority or work hours will be late afternoons into in the evenings.
Responsibilities and Duties
• Staff scheduling, discipline and training
• Mounting, adjusting and testing all known ski bindings
• Conducting tuning clinics
• Maintaining tuning machines and equipment
• Supply ordering
• Maintaining a clean and organized work area
• All tuning and repair technician duties as required.

Requirements
1. Minimum 7 seasons experience, 10 is preferred as is working for multiple employers.
